May 4th, 2011Along with scheduling appointments at our office I also spend a good portion of my week doing service calls. Yes, I come to see you at your convenience. This service call is free and there is no obligation on your part. You are important to us and deserve the very best we can offer.
Service is more than just offering a counter operation. Those customers that are selling a large amount of gold do not want to line up and wait at an event or scurry around town with their gold or a shopping bag of silver trays. For example, a professional appreciates us coming to their office at their convenience. All of our customers appreciate that level of service and convenience. This is one of the benefits of dealing with a registered business that does service calls.
My customers are telling me that some of my competitors, who do not offer service calls, are saying that service calls are not safe. I think this type of negativity tells you more about the organization spouting it.
An office or home service call from a registered professional is much safer than going to a seedy part of town or lining up at an arena for a gold event. Any unsavory character who sees you knows you have gold going in and either gold or money coming out.
In a service call the only people who know what is being transacted are you and me. As a registered business, with my picture and reputation on full display, you are in very safe hands. I have been in business for years and I have a vested interest in staying in business.
